RED BULLS BEGIN THE GERHARD STRUBER SEASON AGAINST SPORTING KC

After a long offseason that entails a changing of the CBA, pre-season and the Round of 16 in the CONCACAF Champions League the 2021 Major League Soccer Season will officially get started this weekend as the New York Red Bulls will host Sporting Kansas City at Red Bull Arena.

This will be the very first time since the season opener last year that fans will be allowed to enter Red Bull Arena and watch a match, of course with a 15% limited capacity from New Jersey State Governor Phil Murphy.  The Red Bulls have gone a bit younger and at the same time, they feel that their roster is filled with dynamic young players while still mixing and match with those from the current squad of last season.

We all know that New Head Coach Gerhard Struber is ready for the task and even though he managed the playoff loss at Columbus last season, it’s not a real indictment of how his tactics will be displayed in the 2021 season.
